  • 400g carnati (afumati dar nu uscati, sau proaspeti)
  • 1 ceapa
  • 2-3 catei usturoi

  • 1 lingura pasta de rosii (optionala)
  • cimbru, dafin, patrunjel, rozmarin (optional)
  • 1 lingura untura (gasca, rata sau porc, daca nu 100ml ulei)
